After my doctorate in mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University, I focused on plant and mechanical engineering. After more than 25 years of professional experience in a leading position, this has decisively shaped my thinking and acting. Entrepreneurial thinking, coupled with effectiveness, efficiency and high quality and cost awareness are my leitmotifs and the basis of my successes in operations, supply chain management and quality management.
The top priority is always to make a substantial contribution to the economic success of the company.

More than 30 years of experience in the fields of after sales and sales of international mechanical and plant engineering. I have gained knowledge in various industries such as the vacuum industry, the printing industry and the polymer industry. The focus here has always been on the sustainable and successful increase in sales and profit.
